E-Mail Attachments with Outlook |
Sending the attachment:

Note that the Outlook menu bar may also include a paperclip icon. Clicking the paperclip icon will also allow you to browse, locate, and attach a file.
Receiving the attachment:
When you receive a message with Outlook that has an attachment, the attachment icon will either be listed as part of the message or a paperclip icon will appear at the upper right corner of the e-mail message. You may open an attachment by clicking either the paperclip icon or by clicking the document icon that appears within the text of the message. After the attachment is opened, save it (if you really want to keep it).
