In this course, we'll explore the basic steps to create a home
page. Let's also explore the reasons for creating web pages. Follow the

Identify three exemplary sites on the WWW that may serve as models for page
designers. Include on a personal web page.

Demonstrate
understanding of the basic elements of an Internet URL.

one or more pages that may serve as educational resources.

Use simple HTML to create and edit a web page.

Use a web-authoring tool to create or edit a web
page.

Complete the quizzes to
for each session. Redo quizzes until scores are 80% or
above.

the requirements for the grade of "B" as stated at left

- Create
an additional
project. This may be additional related pages to integrate with the primary page or design
a unit around a web page for student use or with student-created elements. Check with the
instructor about alternative ideas for an "A" project.
