FrontPage Express Tools:

FrontPage and FrontPage Express use basically the same tool palette.   A large excerpt of the complete tool palette for Express is shown below.  Specific tools are described in the table shown a bit further down this page.

The tools shown on the bottom row of the display above are used to create form elements.  We are recommending that Blue Valley folks wishing to create a form should use FrontPage 2000 since it includes the necessary programming code to make the form work with our district's server extensions.  And now, the tools:

Tool Descriptions

These  FrontPage tools are used to create a new file, open an existing file, or save a file to disk.  The second group are for printing a document, displaying in a browser, and for spell checking.

Text size may be increased or decreased with the first two tools.   Then, we have bold, italics, underline, and an option to change text color.

Cut, copy, & paste are the three tools displayed in this excerpt from the tool bars.

The first three tools cause left, center, and right justification.   Next, we have ordered lists, unordered lists, and indent further or outdent further.

Tables may be inserted with the left tool displayed here.  Images and other elements may be inserted next, and a link may be created with the globe and chain icon.
