Adding Video
Extra for Experts:  There are two ways to add video to a page.  First, any video clip may be added by simply importing the file ("import" is under the file menu) into the images folder of your web and then "inserting" the image using the "insert" menu!  Such a clip will be downloaded to the viewing machine and played (if they have the appropriate plug-ins installed) when the image is clicked by the person viewing the page.

The second method for adding video can result in a file that plays "live" without needing to be downloaded entirely, then played.  Such a system is called "streaming video" and making it work requires that the web server be properly configured to allow streaming video and that the file be properly saved on your page.  Both of those considerations go beyond the scope of this introduction BUT there are some good resources on the Internet to learn the nitty-gritty details (even a tutorial) for streaming video:
